How to order

How to Order (Contact information can be found at the bottom of this page):
This guide applies to all items I sell, including hyped items, unless I specify otherwise before the item is published. The video at the bottom of this page may help you understand the ordering process 🙂
Place an order on the website: Add the items you want to your cart and check out normally as you would on any other website. Prices are in USD.
Once you reach the checkout page, fill out and depending on the payment method you choose, you will be redirected. For example, if you choose to pay with a credit card, then you will be redirected to pay directly with your credit card. However, if you want to pay with cryptocurrency, you must click on "Confirm Order" to confirm your order, and then you will be redirected to the "Order Confirmation" page to make the payment.
The Order Confirmation page is very important.
It includes your order number
It includes our current and updated payment information and the "Payment Form" that you should fill out after you pay. Unless you use a payment method that automatically pays (such as a credit card), the payment form shows the payment methods we currently accept and how to pay with these payment methods. No need to ask us for payment information again. This page contains all the instructions about payment.
Pay us your money as instructed on the Order Confirmation page
After payment, please fill in the form on the order confirmation page (link above). If you lose the form link or have any questions, please message us on WhatsApp or WeChat (found at the bottom) and give us your order number and payment information, such as the email and transaction ID you used to pay us.
If you choose the QC option, we will check your payment and arrange QC for you. Otherwise, we will ship as soon as possible.
We check payments at the end of each day. Therefore, we may open your message and "keep you visible" for a few hours until we have checked your payment.
However, we trust you, so we will start arranging QC directly to not waste time, and then when we check the payment, if there are any problems (such as sent as PayPal goods and services), we will either refund so you can pay again (and tell us when you pay again) or we will let you know
Once we have the QC ready, we will add your QC pictures (= pictures of the shoes you will receive) to your account on the website.
It takes about 2-7 days for us to get the international tracking number. We will upload the tracking number to the website (in your account) as soon as we receive it. So you don't have to ask us for it, just check the website and you'll find it once we receive it 😀
That's basically it, finito! Make sure to read the FAQs as they contain important information.
You can track the status of your order by checking the website:
Pending = you haven't paid or we haven't received the payment yet. We check every day, but maybe you didn't pay until after we checked, so it can be up to 2 days after payment
"Successful" means we received the payment and prepare the order
"Shipped" means we created the label etc, once you get the tracking number it takes time to work (up to a week). That's it 🙂

Sometimes, QC takes longer than 2-7 days for some reasons and delays. I'm working hard and doing my best to be able to improve and get you guys the shoes you want as soon as possible.
If you see us online but we don't respond as soon as possible, please be patient, we have a lot of customers and orders. We will get back to you as soon as possible
If we don't respond quickly, there's no need to spam us. We respond to messages from oldest to newest, so spamming us will only delay your response.
However, if a response takes too long, feel free to send us a new message asking for an update (e.g. after 48 hours of no response).
Please only use one of these methods to send us a text message

Don't forget that we are human too, so we need to sleep too. Therefore, you may not receive a response after sending us a message for several hours. This may be because we are sleeping. Our working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Beijing time.
